If anyone gets updates please  pm me cause they scammed $540 out of me

Did you buy their platform as well? The owner is still active till today, but he did not say something about this serious accusation against him. He is completely ignoring the issues, not a good behavior and he deserve to get the red trust. Hope no other people being scammed by this bad guy.

He is a cheat. Obviously he will not respond.

There email now no longer works

Yes they deleted their website and emails

There email now no longer works

Nothing works now, but we have all the proofs: payments, pictures, invoices, emails, Skype chat, etc.
They are naive if they think they can delete a website and go away Smiley

Invoices are also fake.  Do you have their pictures/photos?

If anyone gets updates please  pm me cause they scammed $540 out of me

He will not reply... He is a scammer..

Its no problem at all, to configure a randomizer less random supporting the bank. Or in your special topic, to scam the bank.

Can you please explain more clearly in PM

What you want to know? Just one fact: Dice game with 10.000 numbers could be easily configured to only roll numbers between 9.000 and 10.000.

Is it true?  It is possible even in provably fair system?HuhHuhHuh??

I can confirm that they scammed us. I have tried contacting them with a new email and they were replying instantly.

The one who introduced himself as Matthias, whose full name is Jörg Matthias seems to be the owner or something. Found this after I looked up their company details. I'll be digging more soon.
Have you got a chance to dig more details about him?

This is the first time I've known this community site and I'm writing about bitbox.(IT-box UG)
I don’t want any more victims coming out..
When I first got to know the bitbox on google,  At that time, the bitbox  was licensing only dice games.
So I asked  development of a crash game and a roulette game.
Then   I made a contract. On Nov,01-2016  as follow:
Crash game ( custom made) $ 1,900
Roulette game (Custom made) $1,300
Dice game (Licensing ) $600
Faucet site (Custom made) $500
Total : $4,300
The project ends until the end of December.2016
The last payment was made on January 7th  2017   because they were all over
However, when I checked the crash game, I could not open the site because there were many bugs.
1.   balance fluctuation according to betting,
2.   Zero balance during game,
3.   The game has already started but Betting is possible during the game
4.   Not working and double text on Auto-bet
They not  resolved the bug for two months after my last payment
I've been asking for so many times, but they do not seem to be capable of eliminating bugs
Finally , I asked for a refund  and  they can’t refund  because they already paid developer
Is this a common sense?
Even other games  Data is not stable   for example ,  2FA Auth not working , I did not start the game after my first membership for test , but there are already thousands of bets recorded in the user profile data.
And to the ownership Right on the contract, I have the right to use and sell the crash game and roulette game exclusively, but I was amazed at how they were selling the games here
Even  Before I use it

But their excuse is that they have already delivered the platform to me, and I'm refusing to open it.
I can not believe how  they  can use these buggy games for real games?
But I waited until now to completely remove the bug. I don’t  think there's any more hope that I saw the email removed today.
I  going to collect the funds.  Because I paid full by paypal

At least you have a chance to get your money back (because you paid through Paypal).
We paid via Bitcoin, so ... no chance.
I hope you can win the Paypal dispute and recover the funds.
You can send the links from this forum when you open your dispute (as aditional proofs)
Good luck!

No update.
They are gone, no chance to have them back.
To make a working version of the software ... I don't think it is so eazy:  you need a good developer which know Java Eneteprise.

Correct me if I am wrong, but if Bitbox's PayPal account is real, then you have the identity of the person behind Bitbox.

And when you have the identity, every victim could sue him and demand compensation.

I think you are spot on. Maybe even share who it is publicly (although I imagine a scam like this that paypal account is fake too).

I imagine some people here might be thinking more than just trying to sue him as well  Shocked

The Paypal account could be real or not ...
But it could be a starting point to find who it is behind this scam.
Maybe the user which pay through Paypal can tell us more.
