Because if he hasn't I am able to fill this loan as well since the escrow already has the physical coins in his possession.

Please asxs can you confirm when you received it ?

So, a little summary :

I received the funds the 20th of march. Loan term is 5 months, so it must be repaid in full with interest before the 20th of august.

Loaned out principal : €550
Interest schedule :

(if repaid in full between)
03/20 - 04/20 : €22 (4% of €550)
04/20 - 05/20 : €44 (8% of €550)
05/20 - 06/20 : €66 (12% of €550)
06/20 - 07/20 : €88 (16% of €550)
07/20 - 08/20 : €110 (20% of €550)

Principal reminder : €400
Interest due so far : €22

Total amount owed : €422
