I hope people will learn from the past mistake. Please don't invest a dime into this if not solid evidence of Escrow holding the ICO fund. I will also like to know the minimum cap the team is looking for from the pre-sale

No escrow. can't find anything official about Bitcoinrefill LTD.
will not bash the project but be careful with this ico.
a good customer and asset manager of mine has good contacts to asia. he tries to get additional information about this company.
