I think the dev they don't want to distribute the reward because everytime he give promised to send today or tomorrow but lack of action. Dev be good person hope you have one word. Don't say today or tomorrow if you do not do your promised

after the project done, 1 step is exchange, and now LUN already listed on exchange , then they will make sure the investor received their token, so the investor can trade first before the bounty rewards being distributed
