I was scammed by dzeros for 0.3 btc around 2 years ago.
Your account was created less then a year ago...

edit: this guy has show me evidence of correspondence with Volpe from ~2 years ago, and his claim is no longer a 100% bs scam attempt

Already contacted this user and more than happy to repay him 0.4BTC if the funds are released

I don't see why the funds would need to be released to you directly. If you are going to reimburse those who you stole from, I see no reason why Alex can't reimburse your victims directly Smiley
I'm getting pretty sick and tired of you thinking you are the boss around here.
Was Alex involved in the transaction between myself and yulx? No he was not. Are any of the funds in the bitdice account from yulx? No. As I've stated several times all of the funds from my games were gambled away on both BD/JD 2 years ago and there is blockchain proof of this that both dooglus and even alex himself can verify.
Why does alex need to mediate my business? He was never involved in it in the first place until he involved himself. I will sort my own business out. I pay my debts to those who have no involvement in my games. Yulx invested in the success and development of these games, I lost contact with him and was never able to repay him. Now he is here and I will pay him as soon as I have the funds to do so, which are right there in that bitdice account.
He has not contacted me in over a year and I am not up to date on his new contact information though now that he has shown himself I am more than willing to repay what I owe.

Any other claims against me I am happy to sort out if they are raised with full proof as yulx has presented
Bear in mind, yulx invested in the creation and operation of my investor based games, not actually in the games, I would like to point that out Smiley

You told me that you were trading a coin called netcoin or something like that. You said that you were trading that coin because it was volatile, and you were making a nice profit from it. But now we know that you were lying. You never mentioned that you were using my funds to run a ponzi scheme until you were having trouble paying back.

Even if i did know beforehand that i was investing into a ponzi scheme, which even based off my below average common sense i wouldn't have done, you promised "guaranteed" returns.

And no, you have had my bitcoin address to pay back to for the entire period of time. So stop saying that you lost contact to me. You never sent any emails to me after you disappeared and i have proof if you want me to show.

I believe that it is fair for Alex to reimburse the funds directly to me, as you have shown a continual lack of commitment towards repaying the funds. In fact not sending me a single piece of correspondence for over a year nor repayment even when you had the address all the way along. You're probably going to just walk away with the funds once Alex reimburses it to you.

There are probably a ton of other people that got scammed as well by you. Let's see what they have to say.

BTW, my address to repay to is 16F7Etz4PnVDtu53T2MqF6H52Q9k7u3Uz2. So now you can't claim you don't have the address Wink

I still have all of the emails which I am happy to expose that you were well aware you were investing into the development of ponzi based games
Do you want me to expose them? I mean I have agreed to pay you, but now you're making out as if I deceived you, which is nothing more than insulting since I have not even argued that I owe you money and that I am agreeing to pay you.

Until you admit what you invested in, I'm not paying you a cent. If you deny it once more and make up some sort of garbage, I will expose the emails and the community will see how much of a liar you are being.

If you agree with that statement then we are on the same page. Do you agree?

And again, I've already agreed to repay you 0.4BTC after the funds are released, why is that such a problem for you?

The only instance i remember is when you told me that you are running a HYIP and you told me that you were using the funds gathered to actually trade altcoins and gain profits, so you basically said that it wasn't a ponzi scheme to me.

And me being stupid and naive at the time believed you somehow. I don't even know why. I invested because you have paid off the debts owed to me before, and you claimed to be running a legitimate investment opportunity with a sustainable business model.

I never was one of your partners who scammed people together, if that is what you are trying to accuse me of. (Oh wait, you said that ponzis were actually not that bad in your previous posts, but now you are accusing me of running a ponzi scheme with you, so i guess it must be bad after all? Roll Eyes)You offered me to have the same returns as the HYIP investors would have gotten, and i accepted. I did not know that it was a ponzi scheme, as again you were the one that told me you had a sustainable way to generate income, by having more people investing.

You misled me into believing stupid things, and it's both my fault for being outright stupid and you being deceptive. I got in touch with bitcoin through dice games, and you told me that you were able to profit consistently from dice games by somehow "manipulating the hashes". You also just admitted that you lied to me, as you confirmed that in the deal you claimed to be trading with the money invested whilst really you were not.

I was stupid to have ever trusted any gamblers, and i will never lend to a gambler again.

Stop scamming people, and stop drawing attention away from yourself and the fact that you have robbed people their hard earned money.

And why do i have a problem with you receiving your payout first? Do you really expect me to have any leftover trust for you after all this? I trust Alex more than you, Volpe(oh and you lied about your name as well, you told me your name was rowan peterson Roll Eyes)

And may I ask why am I even wasting time on answering your stupid questions?

You scammed me. You disappeared. Now because your funds are being held by Alex you are forced to settle the deal.

The fact is that you agreed to pay me 0.4 BTC, but you're not willing to let alex pay it to me. Why? We all know why, because you're going to take the coins and run.

Alex, please assess the situation and come to a decision that you think is fair. I fully trust your judgment.

I can provide proof if needed as well, although dzeros has admitted to scamming already.

Alright keep on masking yourself, I have the emails I know what went down if you want to keep on denying that you invested in my making these games then so be it.

Alex has no right to interfere with this situation as it has nothing to do with him. I'll deal with this situation myself, and right now you're being dishonest.

After you post a statement stating that you invested in me and developing ponzi games then I will gladly pay you out of pocket BEFORE alex releases my funds. If not, then you're just as much of a liar as alex is and I'm not going to bother listening to your garage.

Your resolution is simple:
1. Stop fucking lying and admit that you invested in the development of my HYIPs
2. Once the above is done I will pay you 0.4BTC (post your address)

I have already checked all the emails, I have them all here, its pretty baffling that you think that I don't actually have the emails and that you want to continue vilifying me.

Not to mention, previously before your investment I had paid off many investments before that last one to you. I was very true to my word with you and the time I stopped replying was the time Quickseller posted my doc, so you can thank him for me going AWOL and not replying. I never had intention on scamming you (if I did i would never have paid your first, second and third investment totalling to over 3BTC in your pocket)

What you are is a lying and ungrateful piece of shit. Now I've told you how you can get your money back, by stopping the lying and making me look worse than what I already look thanks to Quickseller.

Again, post the truth, and your address, then I will pay you the instant I see your post.

To prevent any speculations, I would like to make a public statement.

We are trying to start a legal case against James Volpe in Australia, consider the fact that some of his actions took place is 2015 it will take some time to gather all required information. I would say a lot of time. Our legal advisers also told me not to disclosed any information which can help James.

BitDice Casino S.L.R. seizes those funds because James broke rules 6 and 19 of BitDice Casino S.L.R. Terms Of Services. We will await AFP resolutions on how we should proceed with those funds, and we would be more than happy to use them to repay his victims.

I can't tell how much time it will take, but I hope we can put him behind the bars, there's enough evidence at least for several felonies. Unfortunately, there's not much I can tell right now, but I will try to keep this community up to date on our progress.

PS: Dooglus, can you please reply to my PM?

PPS: yulluxy, please contact with me: contact@bitdice.me, we can help you to recover your funds and you will be able to help our case against James.

Regards,
Alex.

Nothing more than an excuse to hold the funds and keep them in your possession. What are you going to sue me for? The access of your bitcointalk account in which you recovered and face no defamation/financial repercussions or Running HYIP games that stated all of the risks in which you had absolutely nothing to do with? Either way, ridiculous, and you are wasting your time. Again, nothing more than an excuse so you have 40BTC extra in your pocket. A THIEF is what you are.

How about you give them to a trusted party such as Dooglus to hold onto them while you waste your time? I believe you are making this statement in order to hold the 40BTC since someone just won 100BTC from you last night. You are losing money and now you are confiscating big winners such as myself.

Put the BTC into an escrow, preferrably Dooglus, and then I will believe you. I am ready for whatever crap you lay upon me, and have more than sufficient evidence to counter anything you have on me, as well as the fact while I did do some wrong in my young ages which I have offered to compensate for, you still will not allow me to do so. So, I guess that's your own problem.

Do not interfere with the case between myself and yulxy, I will pay him, if he admits what I asked him to admit. All he needs to do is tell the truth and post his address and then I will pay him.

I will be making a scam accusation in the meantime, as you have stolen my BTC that has nothing to do with my actions in 2015. You are a thief & crook alex. Call me what you want, though at least I did not deceive my users.

I would like to hear further comments from dooglus on this issue

Alex asked for people's thoughts. I posted mine, but haven't seen him reply to my post yet. I said what I thought about the situation. Basically I don't think it's right to confiscate coins that a user has trusted you with, even if he does have a history of scamming.

Maybe it's legal to confiscate his funds according to some corrupt law or other but that doesn't make it right. People trust Alex to run a decent operation. If they see him refusing to pay out winning players just because he has found a legal loophole that makes it "legal" even when those winnings were won fair and square then I suspect he may start losing some customers. I'm surprised this even needs pointing out.

wish you were right on this, however we all know how questionable behaviour turned out for dean/betking/prc. it didn't affect the site at all and with the shrinking competition I doubt Alex has to fear much for his buisness.

I also admit that seeing a bully/scammer like dzeros getting bullied himself is a little bit satisfying.

Keeping the funds is most likely morally wrong though probably legally possible under costa rican gambling law. If I were Alex I would either donate the funds or get in contact with costa rican police and simply sent them the funds with further explanation of what went down. Then give dzeros the case number/contact.

What's really funny is how dzeros always comes up with his ponzis ToS for allowing him to scam people, but rejecting the same argument made by Alex.

just my 0.05 xmr

What questionable behaviour? I had >6000 Bitcoin invested in BetKing and paid every satoshi back to investors when I closed.
There's never been a player who got their funds confiscated unfairly. I've cashed out balances over 1000 btc no problem.
If you mean because I would chat ban people? All sites do that.

There's not been a site with that kind of trust we had since Just-Dice closed.

Just as I figured, BitDice will keep this mans money and do with it as they see fit.

What is the case number for your investigation? I will provide legal suggestions to Dzeros and guide him through your bullshit.

PPS: yulluxy, please contact with me: contact@bitdice.me, we can help you to recover your funds and you will be able to help our case against James.

Interesting situation here.

I have a suggestion:

To eliminate conflict of interest, I think Bitdice should make a pledge not to keep any of the bitcoin in question regardless of the outcome of your investigation.

Perhaps send them to an escrow (like dooglus?) and make the address public.  The funds should not move from address until a decision is made.

I think it's essential in a situation like this (and in their best interest) for Bitdice to go above and beyond in being as transparent as possible.  Don't set a bad precedent for other scummy casinos use this situation as an excuse to steal from players.

There's no need in escrow, I hold almost 3500BTC investors money and been here for like 3 years. You still do not trust me or think I will risk because of this scumbag? Smiley

However I will do track of funds that we are going to pay his victims, publicly. We also do our best to find other victims and make a class action lawsuit against James Volpe.

Regards,

I think it's your responsibility to set an example for other casinos to follow.  Scummy casinos love to do scummy things and then justify it by pointing out the actions of others in the industry.  There's a conflict of interest here that can't be ignored.  If Dooglus or Theymos or Satoshi himself were in Bitdices shoes right now, I would make the same argument.

Going above and beyond to be as transparent as possible can only help you and help the industry as a whole.

Do not forget to put "innocent"..

Regards,
Alex.

He is far from innocent but having a company further darken the name of Bitcoin by stealing someones money cannot be upheld. You have seen the majority here tell you the right thing to do is to return his funds and you refuse.

I said before that the decision had already been made by you to take his money and I was correct.

I truly despise those who take from others regardless of their reasoning behind doing so. As for ponzi schemes, goldpieces.info will either be gone tomorrow or minus a lot of their material because of legal action I have taken against them.

I took the legal route to have it removed as was the proper thing to do after notifying them. What you are doing is pure theft.

Good move by Alex. also why do you continue to lick Dzero's butt after all this evidence pointed towards him?? It's obvious that you are Dzeros Smiley

Nobody is "licking Dzero's butt", least of all me or did you miss my comments to him as well? I don't put up with anyone's bullshit and will tell them like it is. I don't care one bit whether people like me or not, I WILL get my point across and hammer it into stone.

As for me being Dzeros, this is just plain stupid.
