Anyone else having trouble with payouts from the ZEN or ZCL pools on CryptoBroker.io? I have been waiting for two manual payout transactions which never seemed to appear on the blockchain:   I have tried using their "Contact Us" form several times but its been several days in the case of the ZCL transaction and I have yet to hear a response. |

Hello CascadiaCC, I'm sorry for the issues you are facing using our mining pool. I will look into the contact form and make sure it is working going forward. Regarding the transactions you mention I was able to find the transaction for ZEN listed on the block explorers and wallet. http://node1.zenchain.info:8886/tx/e41d703fee343071e0cce4d592eaba7ac4d078d8540abcb4b439f636818e74acRegarding the ZCL transaction, I'm able to see it using the zclassic cmd line wallet using "zcash-cli list transactions", I'm unable to see it on a block explorer but that could just be an error. May I ask what addresses are you using for your withdrawal? Are they a Bittrex deposit address? Either way we will get this sorted out for you and make sure this is resolved. Thanks for your time and patience. |

Except for some connectivity issues recently, suprnova works fine and is a good pool for zen. ocminer is constantly on top of issues. I've received everything I have earned. All are good. You must flee from suprnova. Suprnova = Thieves I know Ocminer (suprnova) for a long time, as miner i never ever had any problems. Also he is involved in code checking so he is first line of defence from dev scammers which like to hide their premine. Also few time he was indicated on scams.. He is very valuable member of this community! From my experience payouts from suprnova is lower than other pools. I have nothing to suprnova so its just my opinion.
Compare payouts over 24h and if it's lower i'll gladly pay you the difference Also i do not know other place(pool) where you can get any of answers so fast as it is case with Suprnova.. |
