Electrum uses servers, and servers cost money.  So how do they pay for the servers?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

That's weird.  No one knows how those servers get played for.  Makes me kind of wonder if I want to use their wallet
