Overview of the Service
I. Interest Rates
This service shall charge a
1% interest rate compounded per day. However, the
basic/minimum charge shall be seven (7) days worth of interest or 0.002BTC whichever is higher. All interest fees shall be rounded to the nearest 0.0001.
II. Terms and Conditions
1. No Collateral, No loan.
2. Non-repayment on promised date shall be deemed late. Late fee is computed as 2% of Repayment Amount or 0.0001
BTC, whichever is higher, per day of being late. (Compounding still applies)
3. Extensions are upon approval, and I reserve the right to deny any extension and put necessary interest fees.
4. Three (3) Days late would result to the collateral being forfeited for the Lender.
5. At no time shall a Borrower have more than one loan with me or any other lender.
6. Escrow is accepted, the Borrower pays for the fees.
7. The Lender will not be liable for any loss incurred by any party through this agreement. How you will use the amount loaned shall be your own liability.
8. I do not care about the reason for the loan or your sob story.
Pay me what you owe me when the time comes. Do not tell me you lost everything on gambling or you did not get the returns you were expecting.
III. Valid Collateral
Collateral can be anything digital that I can secure. Generally, you should first think what can I offer as collateral other than your BCT account. If none, then offer your BCT account. I only accept accounts that are SR. MEMBER, HERO and LEGENDARY nowadays. I can accept Full Member and below if it has good trust rating.

Borrowers making use of their account as collateral, rejoice! Since most Borrowers would want to keep on using their accounts even when they made use of their accounts as collateral, I am offering this service.

Q: What's the purpose?
A: Use your bitcointalk.org account even if it is secured.
Q: Are you in a signature campaign?
A: No problem! I will give you access to your account even if you give it to me as collateral!
Q: Why would I want to avail of this service?
A: You can use your account even if you leave it with me as collateral. (I would change the account login of course.)
Q: How do you do that?
A: I will secure your account. Send you an RDP access where your account is logged in.
Q: How do I access my account?
A: Via VPS Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
Terms:
1. Use your account as collateral.
2. Account details shall be changed to secure it. (Password and email shall be changed).
3. The account will still be held by me. (Escrow not available for this service)
4. Pay a 0.00015BTC per day as service charge. This is on top of the 1% interest above described.
5. Payment for this service shall not be lower than 0.001 on top of base interest fee.
6. The service will give you limited access to the account.
a. The account password will not be given.
b. Account detail cannot be changed. (Email address, password, secret question/password)
7. I will not be liable if it gets locked or banned while the account is enrolled to this service.
8. The Lender promises not to touch anything in the account. (Lender will only be restricted to changing account details to secure account and for returning it to the owner)
9. All other terms in this agreement shall be enforced.

In the event the Borrower
pays the the debt, the collateral shall be returned.
In the event, the Borrower
does not repay on the due date, and no extension has been given, he shall be given three days to comply. If he does not, the Lender will open a scam report, broadcast non-payment, and publish a negative trust regarding the matter. Further, the collateral shall be forfeited for the Lender. If the collateral can be sold at a higher price than the loan amount, the excess shall be for the benefit of the Lender, and no amount of said excess shall be returned to Borrower.
