I will make you a simple Iquidus explorer for 0.075 BTC.
Assuming the source can be compiled normally.
You will have to host it. You're best with digital ocean or vultr. The latter seems faster (in my experience).
Get a 5 dollar instance, and vultr should give you 5 dollars free. That is two months hosting plus a node (plus you can buy extra nodes at vultr for about 2 dollars). Vultr will basically double your first payment up to 100 dollars.
