Well just because BTC is hit hard now doesn't mean thats what it will be worth in a week or a month. Regardless of current market conditions people still invested the same amount of time money and energy into each BTC.

With a set deadline and no limit (resulting in wildly differing entries), I think this game is dead.  I put in late day 1 and am nowhere near getting paid out.  It is highly unlikely I will reach payout(only 13 entries in last 4 days), and any new entrant will see that it is an obvious loss for them if they enter. :/

Yeah I think there is probably some impact from people having BTC tied up in mtgox making it harder to play the big entries. Hopefully, as coins get freed out of mtgox people will be able to play the big entries. We'll see in about 31 hours.
