Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

If I added this code to battle.net and then I wanted to say, purchase overwatch. Would I be able to add more funds to my battle.net account or can this gift card only be used to purchase something directly. If the answer is the first option. Then I'll offer 11 dollars for it. The answer is the first option the code is 100% legit and it was a gift, I just happen to have a Euro account, I will wait 25h for other offers, if not I will nsend the PM.
