i had this issue today after i did firmware update & it's my first time to do that then my S7 stopped mining both red & green led become off & it said Failed Firmware Update .. i tried Reset to defaults then page of S7 become offline & couldn't access again i wrote a topic for that but no one answered me then searched in topics found a shock
I bricked my controller while doing an upgrade of firmware ... how come
I contacted with my reseller on aliexpress he didn't understand what i say, I felt disappointed & very angry of what i did with my own hands to my S7 .. so i tried to understand what happened what will make my controller bricked & after 5 hours of trying i found the way to solve it ... sorry for all this long intro but i wanted to say it was very hard to find the solution as it is not explained in anywhere ... Here We Go
First S7 like your pc if it has wrong windows (system of S7) it will be bricked so you need new windows for your PC but you need to boot first so you use USB flash boot windows ,S7 also need to boot after we bricked his system .. you have to create a bootable MicroSD card with factory setting ..as we don't have image for S7 we will use image of S5

Congratulation now it working as S7 system & rewrite your worker name & server do all your setting again watch it minning again then shutdown it & remove your SD card & turn it on again
