Antminer s9 13.5th/s low hash need some help for this noob

Brand new out of the box hooked up was running 13.3- 14.2 ths. Two days later running just over 9.... how do I fix it?



Steps taken:
New firmware from bitmain downloaded and installed.
Reboot
Power down let sit for hour and power up
Changed pools
Tried different power supplies
Reset all internet services

Can you see one hash board with zero hash rate in the miner status page? It is possible that you have a faulty board and need a warranty repair. If your S9 is bought after October 1, 2016 you need to ship the whole unit to Bitmain for repair. Miners after October 1, 2016 have a 180day warranty.
