I am thinking about putting a little bit away each month as savings for my son until he hits 18, I am looking at this as a much better way of saving for a child then a junior ISA and the other regular child savings accounts.

One of the benefits I hope will be that in 18 years time his savings will have increased quite a bit giving back a huge % increase than you would get in any other savings account.

Well that's good it seems you've doubled your capital already and though it would take more time i think it would ve better to still hold on to your btcs for now. I think the best is still ahrad of us and your btcs may be a lot more valuable in a couple of.months or by the end of this year

I started buying at $200 two years a go, even got to two bitcoins but in the end lost it all in gambling. Too bad, if I just went on and just saved it, I could have been richer by six times by now.

Saving can really make us rich ,bitcoin value now is more than I expect it could be from the first time I knew it, it is 5x higher than it is now, unfortunately I didn't make bitcoin earning activities seriously by that time.

The only thing i know that benefits us in holding bitcoin for long time is the big profits that we can possible earn in long term holding. There is nothing interested thing about holding aside from profit, we are using bitcoin, we are holding bitcoin, we are buying bitcoins because we want profits and we also want that in holding or saving bitcoin for a long time.

You don't have to regret for that as you can start earning them now in the best possible ways as still we have not reached to the moon yet but in future there is a full possibility that bitcoin will break all its record so at that time you should be having enough bitcoins in your wallet.

I don't see any point in saving it for a really long time as I will sell them on the spot when its allowing me to make good profits from it as never selling coins can be also risky in case if price crashes in coming days so its better to sell them at a right time.

By your opinion saving bitcoin for long time is risky. Every investment have it`s own risk, when I consider investment I look how fast I can withdraw my fund in case something goes wrong. Bitcoin seems to that have easy way for cashing out, choosing right time is a skill that worth in this trading businesses.

Bitcoin is worth to trade or invest. A certain investment can not be called as investment if it is not for a long time/term since the principle of investment is to grow the value of your money in an investment for time to time. Keep in mind that we imvest not only our money but our time also.

Anything where your money goes into something else that results in one or both growing in value can be considered an investment, the only real difference between long term investments and short-term investments is the length of time between the buy and sell dates.
Investing time is similar. You can invest for a small amount of time yet get bigger returns, or you can spend a lot of time learning something and, as a long-term time investment, make money off of it under the right circumstances. This account is an investment, for example. Not extremely valuable, but it can generate value.

Long term and short term investment or trading is difference by holding your bitcoins and long term holding is more like for people who want really big profits or returns because in my opinion, short term investment is just for those people who are professional in doing day trading because day trading is the only thing to maximize your profit when you are doing short term investment.

Are you sure about that? Have you noticed or read those people that invested in bitcoin while the price is still too low and they just did nothing but hold it for a longer time. And right now we can see the price of bitcoin keeps on fluctuating. If you know the history of pizza bitcoin and you just hold that amount up to now, you are filthy rich already.

Holding on to Bitcoin while the price goes up is a very good idea because that would mean that you will have more money for you Bitcoin though the amount of Bitcoin does not change when that happens. A single Bitcoin will remain at a single Bitcoin if  there is only that amount inside of a Bitcoin address.
If Bitcoin increases the audience that it has then Bitcoin is likely to have a higher price and that happens more often nowadays.

That's the fruit of your patience. And because saving bitcoin for a longer time is going to be profitable if you are going to keep on holding. May I know on how many bitcoins did you bought way back when the price was still $650? if you bought maybe 5 to 10 bitcoins and you are holding it until today, then for sure you are wealthy enough.

Bitcoin is very unstable and is not controlled by anyone, so it is more correct to keep it to a certain level. Nobody knows what will happen to him tomorrow.

Im doing a plan over the bank that will last 25 years, i dont know how if i should remain those investment or make the same risk attempt ass you doing, but i believe i will remain with my both investments, and if im alive in 25 years i will be able to say which one has becamed the best solution, because now im doing both.

Yeah i also think that it is a smart idea to just keep our bitcoins for a bit long time rather than spending it and exchanging or converting it into fiat because that is not a good idea because we are avoiding the possible big profits because of the unstable price of bitcoin that are more into high price.

Yup! , The hold of the bitcoin in the wallet is not a profitable thing for the small times( in the most of the cases) , so here if anyone want to make profit through the hold of the bitcoin in his wallet then he should hold for long time and also he need to take his eye attention at the price flutuation , when the price goes high then sell it for good .
Here I myself hold bitcoin in my wallet from.the two months or more and now I have got profit today of about 5$ , since the bitcoin that I had hold in my wallet was 0.06btc , but the profit is good according to the less time to hold .
So here more better is that to hold bulk amount Instead of small  penny of the bitcoin .

I don't see any point in saving it for a really long time as I will sell them on the spot when its allowing me to make good profits from it as never selling coins can be also risky in case if price crashes in coming days so its better to sell them at a right time.

Bitcoin is very unstable and is not controlled by anyone, so it is more correct to keep it to a certain level. Nobody knows what will happen to him tomorrow.
Yeah i also think that it is a smart idea to just keep our bitcoins for a bit long time rather than spending it and exchanging or converting it into fiat because that is not a good idea because we are avoiding the possible big profits because of the unstable price of bitcoin that are more into high price.

Yeah the price of bitcoins is getting higher and higher and same we can expect from coming months too so selling them now is not a smart move to make and its better to hold them till the end of the year and sell when we see the highest price of the year.
