why so many people store their bitcoin in their wallet for a long time, whether the benefits will they get?

There are so many people, including me, are storing bitcoin for a long time because we know that the value of bitcoin are rapidly increasing. Also, it's certainly possible that in the future, the value of bitcoin will be more luxurious. So if we will gonna hold it for a long time and if the bitcoin value already reach its peak, this will be surely our advantage in the future. But it doesn't mean you need to hold Bitcoin without any target. I asked a lot of people are the Bitcoin holder "when do you sell Bitcoin?" but almost the answer are unknown. It's really bad for long term investment because they are greedy by the value and growth of Bitcoin. |

It's really bad for long term investment because they are greedy by the value and growth of Bitcoin. Even if you are holding for long term you still have to set a definite target when to sell because you have to grab that opportunity to convert your bitcoin into profit, if you don't know how to sell you might end up with nothing as we really are not sure with the future of bitcoin and that is why there is a risk in investing with bitcoin. |

I'm sure who holds their bitcoin since 2009 is one of the millionaires now, Saving bitcoin is one of the practical way to get high profit. If you set a target or goals in life I think for a long term plan it gives us more motivation to achieve that goal.

Long time of saving bitcoin come with alot of benefit, one of the benefit is (1) it's secure your future, no threat to your future retirement, because you have something to fall back on, imagine these who had been saving on bitcoin since year 2001 to date. Secondly saving attract interest, bitcoin appreciate everyday, so also interest accrued to your saving also increase.

It makes sense to store bitcoin in your wallet. The latest statistics show that it is advantageous to have bitkoyn on a purse. The price for it is constantly growing.
You’re right, but it’s not quite easy for someone that’s living an average life, because they had plans before investing into Bitcoin, and by the way, we are not going to leave our money forever in Bitcoin, is all about investing with a Target and once it’s accomplished, you can then withdraw your earnings. Simple! But it’s always good to leave your investment for a long time, especially now that price is running up. |

If i were them i will not stored my bitcoin on web wallet for a long time instead im going to buy and sell them i will make profit if ever since the bitcoin price is unstable where you can earn profit estimated of $200 depends on your patience on waiting for the price decrease and increase. I can't tell all people do this because some of us are storing bitcoin just to saved it like on banks. yep, I have the same thought with you, too. We should sell it instead of store, it’s much more safe. Because you know, nobody can predict exactly how the price of bitcoin will be whether it goes down, up or unchange. So we must consider carefully. But sometimes, I think that holding it also a right choice, from storing BTC some got a huge profit. I really want to try one time but I still don’t have bravely enough. |

I have 100k satoshi in 2016 and till now it's already increased 30 times . Really insane. I wish i could saved more Bitcoin as that moment.

Making your bitcoin stay for couple of years inside your wallet is dangerous for you. It is only like saving cash in a bank and waiting the interest to get mature. Neither of these investments is good. It is really better to let your money work for you. Don’t let your bitcoin reach maturity inside your wallet without even being circulated and earn double or triple that making it stay inside your wallet. |

bitcoin can make profit if you saving for long time or short time. in any reason it will give you much profit as long you careful in cryptocurrent because it cant be predict.
if you save bitcoin for long time, you will have much time to do the other job, you not often for checking bitcoin price.
True, since we have no idea about the future of crypto-currency we need to try but don't put all your money if you think that you earn money just try big amount to get huge profit. We can say now that bitcoin has a benefts in saving in the future cause we know that bitcoin price is totally amaze it goes up and up that encourage some people to make this or invest. |

people save them because they could sell them at highest price possible ,yes it give them profit ,a person who invested 5000 in bitcoin in 2010 the ,he is millionaire, a little risk by that person turn out to be life changing investment for him.
That is the way many investments work, yes you can lose your money but taking into account the amount invested the ROI can be amazing, can you imagine all of those that bought Google, amazon or Facebook stock when it was first available, if they held until now they are very rich individuals, this is why if your dream is to become rich you need to find a cheap altcoin that has potential and invest in it. |

Whosoever they are, if they are holding bitcoin for a long time and not wasting them on useless things, it is going to make them rich very soon. These people who are holding bitcoin at the moment are future millionaires and billionaires because the way bitcoin is increasing in value, it is quite obvious that in the near future, it would not be really easy for common people to won bitcoin in any way. |

Saving bitcoins in your wallet is quite risky because the price of bitcoin is fluctuating we never know when will it rise or fall. But once it continue increasing its value as times go buy those who save bitcoins in their wallets will be so beneficial for they'll have a big profit. |

There are many benefits if you save your bitcoins you will get good profits as we can see from the previous price variation of bitcoins there has always been a huge leap in the price of bitcoin market as new user's are entering the bitcoin community there is still chances for the bitcoins to increase the price due to high demand for bitcoins in the crypto market. Saving is better than speeding but if you are making a comparison of saving and investing. Then I think you must have divided the scene. There should be some saving amount and then on the flip side, you must be investing in some bitcoin or altcoins. Reason is, saving will only increase the amount of asset you have, but investing will grow it to more asset and you will ultimately be benefited from it. |
