what if I send you X BTC and you don't receive your kit until, say, another one month, but others get their Avalons. The difficulty is going to sky rocket, IMHO.

I think this is a bit over-priced as there is a risk of zero return.

a user submitet me a good fix for this, when i wont recive the unit in time, i just lower the Price and payback the difference to all shareholders.

Maybee OP could offer a 1:1.5 payment in x amount of time as an option? That way the shareholder determines the risk.
Even if everything goes sour, the Avalons are shipping, and should make BTC at some (fairly high)rate.

Worst case scenarios would be
1 - you pay for 60 days of 1GHash, but difficulty has skyrocketed and you get less than 1 BTC back.
2 - You pay 1 BTC for a guaranteed 1.5BTC(or other number), but may have to wait for some time due to increased difficulty.
3 - Op is trying to pull a scam, and you would loose either way. (your guess)

i Monitor this. i  already tould it. when somethink like this happens i lower the Price and send back the difference to each shareholder.

Who's the user?  Is it someone trustworthy?

This all does seem a little sketch because you've only been on the forums 3 days.  Anyone who comes straight in asking for money is usually a scammer.

I would be willing to confirm order/identity if you PM me a screenshot of your order, showing shipping address, and a copy of your ID.
