You should have first checked with yobit staff if they support Ethereum or not.
Now as yobit has made it clear that they do not support Ethereum contract,your accussations turned void.

The same thing happened also to me yesterday. They dont response. And it looks like that they have moved the money to another wallet i can see everything on etherscan.

This is an old thread but keeps surfacing because new reports of withdrawal and deposits not credited always comes out, people never learn and did not take heed to not trade in yobit at this point of time until they resolve past issues I still have pending Bitcoincash withdrawal that never came to my wallet.

In my case its technical problem, i think.

Because BitStamp send ETH via smart contract, but YoBit can't accept smart contract automatically.

But YoBit support can't answer many days and its nervous.

And have just only one point to ask question via website form.

10 days to answer, wow... 21 century, cryptoera is here

The exactly same thing happened also to me. I got no answer from the Support about my issue. I think we wont get our ETH back. The Scam is real.
