I am from France, and I used to bet on some bookmakers. But bet365.com isn't available for french resident, and I really need an account full verified on this website.

I think if youre country not accepted in bet365.com
and you want another country register, next time you can very dificult can withdraw
if you want self register you can register use VPN, and buy or edit ID to use verificatoin

What if a Dutchmen signed up in the Netherlands and then move to France. Would this player still be able to access his account in France or his the whole thing blocked off? |

I think you must abide the laws of the country you are currently living in. If the jurisdiction of France doesn't allow gambling then you can't gamble in France regardless of wherever you have registered your original account. And I also think that the OP will have a lot of problems the moment they try to withdraw any funds to payment processors & bank accounts in a different country from the one listed on the account. |

I just don't understand why people still confuse to gambling in the internet with the online casinos that require their copy of legal documents to send. There is so many online casinos that accept bitcoin to deposit and withdraw, which is not required any of shit documents.
Nowadays you just need some money to gambling, not documents.
