Watched threads? Notifications?

I've not been receiving notifications on any threads I've selected "notify" and where is my list of watched theads exactly?

Near the top of the page about 3 lines under your username there is the watchlist link in blue letters.  Right about the "Total time logged" text.  Click that and then you can click the "edit watchlist" to see the topics you are currently watching.  
It's a pretty simple straight forward setup.  

You must click the "watchlist" link to see if there are any new posts, they don't just appear automatically on your screen somewhere.

The emails are probably being marked as spam.

Not sure how to post a screenshot sorry, maybe someone else will help out with that?

But anyways, if you scroll to the very top of the page, first line reads "Bitcoin Forum" in big white letters, next line is "Hello username" in big black letters, then there are 3 lines of smaller blue text with the third line reading "Watchlist."  This is all on the far left side of the screen.

Can't get much more specific than that.  Screenshot someone?
