1. No Collateral, No loan.
1.1  Collateral amount should be a minimum of +105%
    Maximum 90 days period
    0-∞% interest( depending of timeframe and collateral )

2. Non-repayment on promised date shall be deemed late. Late fee is computed as 2% of Repayment Amount or 0.0001BTC, whichever is higher, per day of being late. (Compounding still applies)
3. Six (6) Days late would result to the collateral being forfeited for the Lender.
4. Two loans per day maximum.
5. The Lender will not be liable for any loss incurred by any party through this agreement. How you will use the amount loaned shall be your own liability.
