5x 0.003 BTC left! If you do the math, this isn't a promotion at all. The chance of a single roll being x.xxx with bet ID x is 5 / 99999 / 10 or 0.00000500005 or 1 in ~200,000. Probability of at least one win in 100,000 trials where p = 0.00000500005 is ~0.39. [calculator]That means 100,000 rolls x 0.000005 BTC (the minimum bet) is needed before the probability of winning a reward reaches 0.4.
