The first part of freedom is knowing what it is.
The Soviet Union used to say that in America you are free to be unemployed and hungry, while Americans used to say that in the former USSR you were free to have any color car you wanted, as long as you wanted a black car.
A better definition than those is that for most people freedom is a mixture of education i.e., knowing which opportunities exist, and independence i.e., the liberty to pursue those opportunities.

The best freedom has to do with existing in the place where you fit. For example. Imagine that you saw the moon rise one night. And let's say you wanted to go explore the moon. So, you think that if you jump hard enough you can get there. But gravity (density for flat earth people) holds you down. You are not free. Gravity is making a slave out of you. Now imagine that you are free from gravity's constraints. So you jump to the moon, and die in the frigid airlessness of space. The best freedom you have is to life right where you fit.  |

Americans have never been hungry, so the Soviet argument fell flat, it was only understood by people outside the U.S. Anyway liberty is a different thing than freedom. Russians were free to buy black cars but most did not have the liberty to buy them, because the queues were long and money was short. Americans had that liberty but did not understand that food is more important than cars. There was no way for people in the U.S. to know that, never a reason. |

Russia and all those communist countries are a fraud anyways
Fidel Castro prayed communism to his people but he and his gang enriched themself, same russia and all the other cmmunist countries
the ones that force no matter what social instituion on to their people dont even live by it.
Look iran the people cant do shit there and face criminal prosecution when they dont obey to their fucking religion or drink alcohol, were there so called leaders do parties with strippers and coke and alcohol and their fuckign kids post those pictures on instagram.
Same in Russia- I have been there- a fucking shithole espcially the rural area but even moscow sucks ass fr the average joe blow but yet Putin is said to be 1 of the richest peple alive and this happens in every country with ever religion
Look at the vatican, officially they against homosexuality but the vatican itself is run by the faggot mafia

But neither does being in jail, which has become the norm in America for poor people and those who do not have 'connections'. In the USA we arent free - noway near to it
whats our freedom- the freedom to choose between democrats and republicans??
to choose between coca cola or pepsi or to chose between mcdonalds and burger king or jack in the box or fat burger??
In most US cities we cant even drink our own sink water, everyone is armed cause everyone thinks only nts walk our streets.
Look at our POlice and military roaming our streets in La and other major US Cities- do they look like freedom??
The only freedom we have in the US is if we pay for it and we have to kiss ass all day just to make money so we can buy our freedom.
But even the way we make money 90% we do is scam our customers- how are we free.
Im so sick and tired of hearing people say in the US we so free we live so good and we have to watch out for the refugees or whoever cause they are a threat to our freedom??
How are muslim refugees a threat to our freedom when we look up most of our own citizens on an alarming rate???

In a society where you are given the choices to choose two things doesnt really represent freedom, It rather gives the people a sense of freedom, Its no wonder that corporations are buying other and eventually they will a become a single entity. The only freedom will be a deserted island, where there is no media because they are the sources through which people are controlled.
