We've been having an issue with some email providers rejecting our transactional emails. This means that sign-up, password recovery and withdrawal confirmation emails never reached the recipients. Different email providers have different rejection settings and we can't know exactly what made them reject our emails. We have corrected several host and DNS settings that affect email deliverability and at the time we're writing this, it seems that emails arrive directly into the inbox of all big providers. If you're having problems receiving emails from us, please let us know!

It good that you are taking action regarding on this issue because this is one of the most important component of a site which is the communication either on outgoing or ingoing emails between the site and its players. Please do make updates if its totally fixed. Just been said providers do have different rejection settings, therefore what would be the best fix on this one? Use another email which normally operates on your side?

Is that today for the weekly commission of them? If today is the day then I think the team may be busy because of the upper mentioned issue to them. As till the previous week they often announce it.

From the previous posts I found that this issue is already clarified by the owner and they have provided all the answers of all the questions regarding the questions like that. Is not that non sense to ask the same questions again and again?

From what the developers have said is that it has new owners but for some reason it uses the same old cold storage as Satoshidice. So if this is true. No idea if the funds in the Cold storage are safe since they have the private key for it.

So they can easily run off with those funds... unless its the same owners... but they say its not.

You aren't the only one confused.

It's pretty bad to know that their are new owners already but the cold storage remained the same. That's a pretty bad security risk they have there. Probably this is why there have been quite a lot of buzz surrounding satoshidice and this new megadice having fraudulent actions lately. Best to do is totally just avoid it for now until everything is clear.

Satoshidice or Megadice should really say something about this so that the public wont really be confused which is true or not.If hey are sharing the same wallet then the risk is high unless if it has the same owner and also I do read some screenshots on an email from megadice that they are claiming that its a rebranded website came from satoshidice.

I think you do not need to worry about this, in fact, changing the owner does not affect too much on the operation of the casino. Everything is normal, small errors will be fixed soon. A signature campaign aimed at advertising casinos has taken place, I believe everything will be fine.

Yes changing owners is normal and happens in everyday of business but usually all the assets and liabilites are transferred. Here the cold storage remains in the hands of the old owners. Which makes no sense.

If the cold storage started with a "3" then it would be a Multisig address and then it would make a little more sense however according to the type of bitcoin address it is, it only have 1 private key that apparently 2 owners are holding.

Very risky.

This weeks backer data has been propagated. We have collected the commission to be subtracted from profits made during the week but you will not see any difference in your balance because we always display backer's balance "as if they would have divested". A player's total highest profit is always saved at the time of divesting, or every sunday, whichever happens first. If the bankroll loses size after that, no new commissions will have to be paid by a backer until their bankroll bet has grown to the size it was at it's highest point before.

We have changed to a new cold storage address now, so you can stay assured it is exclusively controlled by MegaDice.

With that step it shows that megadice are sincere with their casino and they will also care for their members and struggling for the demands of the community.
I am playing on your site and I am happy that I have not faced any issue on your site and everything is going well.

According to SatoshiDice, the owner of Rakki N.V. = operator of MegaDice did not change. No idea how you conclude there would be a new owner?
