I think this guys are only concern about the investors money, the slow traditional ways of doing things is still in their way of life, why is withdrawing of tokens from ICO page something that will be taking days. They need to understand anything worth doing is worth doing well. Even their information management is very poor. The parity news should have been released now to spur market attention

I think most of the tokens are still at TokenHub (mine for example) and that's why you see one single/top holder, it will go down as people withdraw their tokens to individual ETH addresses.

Don't worry there's a lot of fudders trying to buy cheap or people who don't know how to waste their time and end up making a fool of themselves. The delays on withdrawals are very real though, I think they are doing all by hand (I'm not sure if US investors are even allowed to trade or withdraw due to regulations). I'm personally not in a rush but I can see how that could be a problem for some. I've seen other projects taking months distributing their tokens though (Wings for example) so it's nothing out of the extraordinaire.

While our tokens are in tokenhub account, there are 85 people / accounts with real tokens making trade and profit at https://liqui.io/#/exchange/BCAP_BTC

The problem is no delay to receive BCAP tokens, the problem is some people received BCAP tokens, not at all of us. This is not fair!

Could you please try to switch off 2FA and switch back on, ideally with Authenticator. Please then repeat the whole process, request + email process again, don't forget the email needs to be sent from the same address as your TH's address.
