how many people have an un-resolved disputes with bitinstant?

i have been dealing with a mistake in my order with bitinstant.com for almost 6 days now.

it seems like they are about to try to ripp me off....

 (didnt send me my bitcoins for 3 days.... and when they did..... they charged me almost twice the price then the rate was when i orderd and made my desposit...... now they are only offering me a small portion of what im owed....... trying to force me to accept rates over 20 dollars higher per coin then what it should have been..... wont waive the fees they charged me.. wont provide any compensation..... accusing me of doing something wrong even though i did everything perfectly on my end and provided plenty of evidence to them)

i was wondering.... how common is it for a dispute on bitinstant to go un-resolved?... has any ever been flatt out ripped off and never compensated? (more then just a delay)

it seems like they are going out of there way to be un-helpful... at least the customer suport aspect is.

I've never had an unresolved dispute with them, but their service turnaround has NEVER been remotely instant.

Using dwolla when they offered it, every time my transaction verification would fail. I had to contact them and a few hours later they would reply back they are looking into it. At first it took ~3-4hrs to finally get the order through, over time progressing to 12hrs, and i put my foot down when it took alost a day and a half for them to deposit my coins into the address provided.

Not cool. Fix the damn issue, or stop accepting the payment issue thats causing issues. They finally did with dwolla, but i will not be using their services again. Ever.

Or don't advertise "instant" turnaround, or call yourself bitinstant.

Just my 2c and expirence with the 10 or so transactions i've made with them. All dwolla from my balance, and all under $250.

thanks for sharing... its nice to know you eventuly got what you were owed... its day 6 and im still waiting.
