replace required on p2pool with port 9334, due to disconnecting the ASICs from the pool when reaching 220 workers We have p2pool port 19343 do not need. |

Normally a Antminer needs the 123 default password to work, it's a bit demanding.
You could use the same wallet but with different addresses like Electrum wallet for example
|

All my miners Antminer S9 /Ebit 9+/ Bitfury miner - are working perfectly! The port 19343 is constantly monitored by the number of connected miners.
Can you please help me, I dont see any info of how to setup Antminer S9 with p2pool. Is it because it is not a good idea? Or its just not so popular. Do I need an additional software to set it up, or i just add "stratum+tcp://p2pool.org:9332" as url and "btc wallet" as username? Also I have 5 of them, is it ok if I use 1 wallet for all of them? The instructions on the pool you're trying to use are located below, but it sounds like you had it right. The S9 mines fine on p2pool. http://p2pool.org/learn/start.phpMultiple miners can use the same wallet address. |

Is your fork compatible with old one or it's a new p2pool?
Are there any frontends published, someone is running it and maybe mining on it?

Is your fork compatible with old one or it's a new p2pool? - Yes, it will be compatible with current latest protocol (share) versions (33 and 34) and after that we will implement jtoomim protocol updates too...
Are there any frontends published, someone is running it and maybe mining on it? - Nothing now, we are running only our experimental nodes, with mix of old python code and newest c++ unpublished releases to test different functions in the new codebase. We made one release which is only for p2p connectivity test purposes with python pools, to test some hypothesis of possibility of compatibility.
In general, that's the state of p2pool/c2pool today? - nearly 20% till release i hope, there is some things left: Stratum, Worker some methods and we are ready to start testing...
