Can I get any help here? I have coins stuck on 0 confirmations two deposits on Kucoin and no replies from Kucoin for 3 days now.
One bigger deposit on the way to Cryptobridge 28 hours now no reply from them neither and no coins.
What is going on and why there are no deposits despite over 1000 confirnations on block explorer???
Kucoin has advised they have closed the wallet, they have not said when it will be live again. Would imagine Cryptobridge has not updated their wallet, I think they used to have a fairly active discord chat so you could try and find someone on their to see if they have updated their wallet. |

Did you see the announcement of Kucoin exchange? https://news.kucoin.com/en/solaris-xlr-deposits-withdrawals-and-trading-are-now-enabled/After disabled Solaris deposits, tradings, withdrawals for maintenance, for now everything come back to normal status. You should send them support ticket and wait to see what happen. |

Kucoin just announced trading has started again! Looks like the price is going up. |

Solaris - KuCoin Update
Dear Solaris Community,
We are pleased to announce that Solaris trading, withdrawals and deposits have now resumed on KuCoin.
Explanation on what happened
As majority of you are aware, Solaris made a transition to be fully proof-of-stake on the 15th of April, which has caused network instability and eventually led to a temporary blockchain stall. The core team released a mandatory emergency wallet update which restored the blockchain operation within 24 hours of the stall.
Due to unforeseen technical issues after the mandatory update, KuCoin temporarily halted trading, deposits and withdrawals for Solaris. We want to underline that there was no actual issue with the Solaris software or KuCoin exchange, but an unfortunate error that happened due to time pressure and lack of preparation and notification for the mandatory update.
Due to this error, a number of accounts on KuCoin got credited XLR to their balances that did not technically exist on the blockchain. As you are aware, this caused a sudden drop in price as users started selling their XLR until the trading market was closed. All issues have now been fixed and and operations restored back to working order, and we want to thank KuCoin for their cooperation and quick responses in these urgent matters.
We want to deeply apologize for the inconveniences caused.

You need to unlock it only with the checkbox that says it's for anonymisation and storage. Your staking coins need 101 confirmations with the blockchain (since the time you moved them). |

It seems normal, within 1 minute, the arrow of the POS was turning green. Now it's green. |

The reward structure after the block number 263996 is 20% Block reward for POS Staking and 80% Block Reward for Master node. If budget proposal is active, 15% for staking, 75% for master node and 10% for budget system. So who stolen my XLR from Kucoin? After yesterday ooperation I also notice to missing some XLR coins on my kucoin account. Made a ticket but any respond yet. This is a really bad news that many Kucoin user have missig some XLR coins from their deposit. Who will gona pay for that and who fault it is? |

This guy should be responsible for his/ her stupid works (sorry to saying those words). During the time in which the Solaris network was instability, this guy decided to transfered his/ her coins. Never should do that when stability of network is fragile and fluctuated considerably. he may not have transferred. if the issue is with blockchain, he can retransmit the same transaction. from his words it looks like his coins were sitting in kucoin wallet and disappeared. though he did not post complete details. he can be helped if the issue he had was on blockchain. |
