Does updating of the wallet affect the reward of masternode? Huh

FYI, masternodes hosted on a VPS do not contain the coins locked up... Unless you are foolish enough to make that wallet your local wallet. The coins stay in your local wallet and not on the VPS. Also I have never seen a work around to a hard coded one IP address that actually works...

No but your node would need to be updated as well.

With Virtual Machines and VPN Service which give you a virtuall static IP and individual Port forwoarding it works ...

While not a bad idea. I've never seen a VPN that actually give you the same static IP every time you sign in (and wouldn't being on a relay like most VPNs function cause a node to not work right?). Obviously you would be keeping the computer up an running but then if you had to restart you would have to redo everything. If a VPS crashes you just restart, no need to edit. Both are services you usually pay for, I doubt a free VPN would cover the bandwith you need unless you never use that computer...

With hide.me Service it works fine. Also when your Computer crashing, the Tool will keep the IP becuase you save them in your hide.me account and the price ist minimal. The Configuration is simple and should can be Handle for everyone.

Why thank you for this insight.  I think I would still recommend a VPS but I think what you say is doable at least for a couple nodes. I think RAM issues might creep in for the average user past two VMs.

I have a theory about multiple nodes on one machine, but I have not yet tested it. Would be interesting to read about this guy's method, and if it works it's still a good way to stake coins if you have more than a thousand of them. (Yes, what I thought also involves VMs, but if that's optional that would be better.)

Shure is a limitation on the Personal computer Power how many masternodes will run on it. But i think that the Most people had Not more then 5 masternodes and a computer with 4 Cores and 8 GB RAM should have no Problems.

I have things more important than monitoring the actions of the developer of the coin.
Ahhh.. okay then. Those things are more important than your coins. And still you will pursue calling the dev a fraud when you just said it yourself you are not monitoring the actions of the dev.

If you still have NIST5 XLR, then you still have your coins. Unfortunately, the time for swapping is over and that's your fault.

Again, you were online and actively posting on this forum at the time of the swap, so ... you have things more important than monitoring the actions of the developer of the coin.

It's a lie

Hey, bro. You're complaining that the swap was ended, and you didn't have enough time to swap your coins. But, how can we know that you really did have your XLR coins in your wallet before the swap started? I mean, you could wait for the swap to end, and then just mine some NIST5 coins while noone else was mining them. Soooo, maybe it is you are  a fraud, heh? Provide your XLR address.

What type of Solaris XLR is based on ? ERC20 or anything Huh
You can see more info on #1 and https://solariscoin.com/
"
Solaris XLR was released on 18th March, 2017. On Saturday, 07 October 2017, at 14:00 UTC the Solaris blockchain was relaunched. The former Nist5 algorithm was replaced by XEVAN.
XEVAN was founded by the Bitsend developer and has since then proven to be a stable, ASIC resistant and efficient algorithm. The Xevan hash algorithm is a unique combination from the dual X17 difficulty algorithm with an extension to 128 bits. Solaris has many unique features which distinguish it from other cryptocurrencies, some of which include a decentralized governance system which employs masternodes and an 'instant send' feature allowing transactions to be confirmed instantaneously.
Solaris understands that everyone has the right to privacy and so the wallet includes privacy features that give users the option to perform XLR transactions annonymously. Solaris is going a step further to consolidate this privacy feature by incorporating the ZeroCoin protocol.
"
I highly appreciate your time and the useful information you shown in the thread.

The new Zero Solaris Wallet is here. Update now!
Do not mint any zXLR.  Zerocoin transactions will be enabled on 20th of January 2018 .You will not be able to spend zXLR until then.

Starting at block 146375 ~January 20 14:00 UTC

Great! The update went smoothly, both local wallet and masternode updated ok. Wanted to note that my ubuntu server and local machine required to install additional libevent-dev package to compile a new wallet or run pre-compiled one.

And that the Nist5 algorithm can still mine? Don't know why You would need my wallet so will only show part sVojuxL9Lb.........................ifQfE4W9o1xd
And I do not whine, do not have time. I have to say that the exchange was meaningless, and so the aim was fraud.
------------------------------------
A чтo нa aлгopитмe Nist5  вce eщe мoжнo мaйнить? He знaю зaчeм Baм нyжeн мoй кoшeлeк, тaк чтo пoкaжy тoлькo чacть sVojuxL9Lb.........................ifQfE4W9o1xd
И я нe нoю, чтo нe ycпeл. Я зaявляю, чтo oбмeн был бeccмыcлeнным, a знaчит цeлью eгo былo мoшeнничecтвo.

Yes, you can solo-mine at old NIST5 algo, but it makes no sense, as you could transfer these money only to those who still uses old NIST5 wallet Smiley I wanted your wallet address to check when the funds were transferred there, and to be presice, to check if you're cheating or not. There's no need to hide your wallet address, it is public anyway. Note that i don't ask for your private key, only XLR address.

-----------------------------

Дa, нa NIST5 мoжнo мaйнить coлo нa кoшeлёк, тoлькo cмыcлa нeт, вcё paвнo ты cмoжeшь иx пepeвecти тoлькo тoмy, ктo тaкжe иcпoльзyeт NIST5 кoшeлёк. Tвoй aдpec я xoтeл чтoбы пpoвepить, кoгдa нa нём oкaзaлиcь дeньги. Heт cмыcлa eгo пpятaть, oн вcё paвнo пyбличный. Я жe нe пpoшy твoй пpивaтный ключ.

It will tell you how many masternodes there are.

Guys,

I still have Solaris (XLR) in cryptopia and it has zero value. Did I lose those coins? I can not change them by XLR with new algorithm?
