Solaris is not an ICO and never had anything to do with any ICO. Solaris is a coin that succeeds based on hard work by the developers and support of the community, no ICO crap here.

Actually that is not correct. You can host a Masternode on a normal desktop PC as long as you have a fixed IP address and can leave the desktop on 24/7 - a good alternative option is to just rent a VPS for $5 per month. Your Solaris Masternode will pay for those $5 in half a day or less at current prices and rewards.

I used to mine the NIST5 algo when I was getting 24 XLR per day on my 6x GTX 1060 rig.  Good times, I still hodl but I only mined a couple days.  I converted them to Xevan coins awhile ago.

Hello i am mining your pool wiht my Nvidia rigs but i try to do it with my AMD rigs but i could do it.
I tired SGMiner, Nsgminer and gateless gate but always see "Invalid share" in my miners.

The person who brought this up to me does have a point because a cryptocoin's value is determined by several things and one of them is scarcity.

If the supply of this coin is going to be inflated in the future, how can you say this is not going to factor into the value of the coin?

I just pulled some code from the github repo, and i wanted to ask, should i compile a new wallet? I'm using v2.2.0.0 for both local wallet and masternode. So i'm wondering, did i miss an important update? Or it's just some minor fixes?

At what point is it too many, although there will ever be only about 100 new masternodes per year after next year.

The rate of inflation is small, something like 130k coins per year. It will continue to slow down, just see the supply schedule in the OP.

That I can answer for you. Now Solaris might have an infinite supply however the amount of coins mined each year will only be around 130k XLR which isn't very much. So when Solaris was NIST5 the max supply was 10 million coins, with the new Solaris it will take around 60 years before we even reach the 10 million so in fact Solaris is rare and supply will be limited once more people start running their own masternodes. Solaris is almost at 400 masternodes as we speak locking way close the 50% of the circulating supply. I can see Solaris having 500 masternodes running in the next 3 to 6 months which will make the coin very scarce and in demand. Bring on 2018!

I suggest bringing forward the marketing campaign and starting on it beginning of January.
It is very shortsighted in this market not to be marketing ZeroSolaris, just compare what is happening to other less qulity zero coins out there

I'm trying to mine XLR on my R9380x by sgminer, but after starting it, sgminer is immediately closing without any communicate. (in cmd window I have piece of address and "-p c=XLR_XEVAN", when I add "pause" in .bat)

my .bat starting file is:

What can be wrong? How can I debug it?

I still have old XLR coins on Cryptopia; I suppose that means my coins are lost and I can erase/dust them from the exchange, correct?

Or are there ways (maybe via CoinExchange, or old wallets?) to still convert my old XLR to the new chain?
