Hi

Our price is calculated based on MtGox current USD Price and converted then our margin added to our sell price.

We will sometimes be cheaper than our local competition and some times more expensive, we chose the MtGox USD market as it is the most active to base our prices on.

Regards

Peter

Hi,

We are only selling coins in Australia and not buying from the public, we have been advised that there are no licenses needed to simply sell coins in Australia. Our privacy policy will be added to the site today, I am not sure why the link is not there for it now.

Thanks for replying. So if you were helping the Australian public "cash out" like bitinnovate does would you then require a certain license or is there a legal issue?

Hi BitHub,

From what we have been advised, it is not worth the trouble enabling people to sell us coins.

Legality wise it is a grey area still we have been told, maybe in a few months we will add additional services but all depending upon if we need a financial services license to purchase coins from the public and other services we are looking at offering.

There certainly is a  lack of legal precedents regarding Bitcoin (BTC).  So until it is legislated against, I don't see a problem with selling BTC.

We are planning to allow our customers to sell BTC to us soon.  I'll let you guys know what our legal team decides.
