it is hard to say if we are back on track with the previous rise but i can say this with confidence that the FUD is fading away slowly and with that gone we can see a good price rise because of the down time.

As long as we face the same scaling discussions, and BU still enjoys more miner support than SegWit, the price will continuously bounce up and down.

That's why I don't add any value to the price going back to $1100 because I know that due to the poor buy support and all the worries regarding the fork, the price won't move up significantly

Judging on the sentiment and fear among traders regarding a potential fork, I set the short term range between $900-$1100. I am already happy if we maintain the $1000 mark.

The price is rallying between $1000 and $1100 and i am happy to see a price above the thousand dollar mark and to see a good resistance above the 1k mark makes me confident that after the scaling issue is settled the price would start another bull run to break new records .

This is much better to see the price is playing on that range. I'm thinking that the price will soon be pumping again and will even beat the ATH. And let's close our fingers that it won't be falling again under $1k and this will be it's safe haven. If that happens everyone will be relief again from this drama.

I think this is going to be the new base price for some time since there are still lots of doubt abut what will happen and what solution is going to win and take bitcoin into the future, so I think this volatility will remain for some time.

But I think even with the current dilemma, pretty much the price is looking good and it might rise in a few weeks. I think most people will be just fine as long as the price remains holding its $1000 position. That also goes up for myself. I have no problems with current levels, because I know how bad things can turn if this whole HF drama threatens to become reality. Regarding the fud, it's all related to the traders. They look at this whole situation from a different perspective and have likely liquidated a good portion of their profits just in case. It's smart to hold a decent amount of fiat just in case things happens to become serious.

I think the bitcoin price will hover around current for the next few months. After the hard fork or block size increase, the price will rise again.

I hope it does arrive at $1100, but as of this point with the widespread FUD and striking fear and uncertainty to the heart of traders, probably it will take Bitcoin longer.  We also cannot remove the facts about the HF which can pull the price of Bitcoin down.  But I do believe that after this drama and forks, Bitcoin will rise again and bring another ATH record.

I can gladly say that with the little time I have spent here concerning bitcoin, its futile to always rejoice over an increase in bitcoin in several hours because at that point, stability has not been attained. In between the time the thread was created and now, the price of bitcoin has gone down to below $1000 and currently above $1000 and not even any where close to what OP is rejoicing about.

The drama wont stop for a long time for sure. The real question is if it can keep pressing the price down. I dont think so. FUD is losing its power like PBOC. Rogercoin will end up broke and alone. And buying BTC back that he had dumped for his BU coin. Choose the winning side guys. Goodnight all, i wish you all a good evening.

It is always good to see the price of bitcoin crossing the thousand dollar mark and i hope all the drama by the unlimited team will be over pretty soon as they proved time and again that they are not competent enough to carry the task of taking the mantle from the core and all their efforts and advertisement wont reach anywhere and i would like to see another bull run and i do expect that to happen in the coming months.

The Bitcoin price is holding above $1000 which is a good sign. We'll see fluctuation but as long as the trend stays up, dips don't really matter. In fact, they are chances to buy more.
