For anybody who has been waiting for access, their website was updated with the following message:

BTC Withdrawals will be enabled on 28. April before 18:00 GTM +2
We had some technical issues.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
