I really don't understand how this "5x rollover" works.
I won more than 10 on 2 promo and some deposit, still can't withdraw.
can you check my account and say what's wrong with it? account name

If you received 0.01, you need 0.05 to withdraw, if you received 0.03, you need 0.15 to withdraw. You need 5 times the amount you got for free to withdraw.

Hi,

You are trying to withdraw both the deposit and the bonus, however you haven't played for the rollover to be complete, so we can't process it. If you sent it by accident, request only the deposit amount and it will be processed asap.

Hi,

You played a lot of No Zero. No Zero doesn't count since it has no house edge. You will need to play some other games in order to clear the requirement.

I see, thanks. Now the withdrawl is actually processed and shows as "completed" but there's no transaction on the network. I suppose I just have to wait, right?

What's the house edge on those slot games?
It seems ridiculously high... It's no fun if the player never wins anything.

Which slots in particular, the 3reel or 5reel?

3reel

The 3reels have high payout icons. In order the math to be right, they are more volatile compared to 5reels. So they payout less frequently, larger wins. If you are looking for a more balanced play, you should play the 5reels.

On the 3 reels it is 1%. The 5 reels vary per game between 1% and 3%.
