Yes, the mistake was mine  Didn't remember that we did something special with Hura  where did the rules state dec 1st all given promo balances would be wiped. what places it as unclaimed? i have used that balance right around the same time this was supposed to be wiped. what if i had added my own bitcoin to this total? would it have been wiped too? Maybe is the time i just leave bit777 and peerbet alone and quit playing all the bull shit games and issues that have popped up every since bit777 bought out peerbet--not one issue with peerbet before bit777 buy out and more then 2 handfuls since the buyout. then you have hura: same as me in that regards and you have what you wrote me in pm: "The rules are the rules for everyone " but then i see you made a special for hura what is good for hura is also good for me as well like you said the rules are the rules for everyone! |

Hura did complete his rollover requirement. You did not. The rules were stated here in the forum, on both sites: in the My account area, and we also said it at least 5-6 times in the PB chat. You played with it on November 25th. Even after you started playing, you still had 6-7 more days to complete the rollover requirement, which was set clearly since day 1 of the promo... I don't see how this is an issue, we were good enough to give 15000 people a fair chance of winning some btc for free out of nothing, and we loaded all of their accounts with more than 200 btc, which relates to $200,000. Many of our users, probably at least 3-400 won and cashed out, some cashed out as much as 1-1.5btc each. We gave 5 weeks to everyone. The 5 weeks are over and the giveaway is over. |

Hura (me ) played the 2 credits bonus. Hura played 2 credits bonus for over the 5x rollover request. Hura didn't want to withdraw the winnings and ASKED if he can leave the winnings in the balance to play with (over one month ago). (Why i must withdraw 0.047 if to play i must deposit the same value??? I leave in account my winnings and play with it!) Bit777 says that's OK. Hura can withdraw "Whenever he likes" !!! |

You in particular can do it successfully and have proven so in the past. We made the rollover higher on BJ, because every single time we released a similar bonus in the past (with lower rollover requirements), we got cleaned out by BJ pros using perfect play strategies. So let's put the weight a little more in the middle this time. In essence it is still low, as in most online casinos you will see x60 rollover for Blackjack. |
