I live in the usa I'm looking for a website that I can get a virtual visa card paying with bitcoins without paying a high fee for getting it hope some one can help me out thank you
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. Hybrid server-assisted clients like Electrum get a lot of their network information from centralized servers, but they also check the server's results using blockchain header data. This is perhaps somewhat more secure than either server-assisted clients or header-only clients.

Following this thread. The only one I know is for international payments (Shakepay). Also, Plutus.it is going through regulations atm but will be a DEX, not really a virtual card.

I use this everyday. Very trustworthy. Only downside, they don't accept PayPal.

Hi Mate,
Yes this is very good. I also use it sometimes.
It would be more better if they start to accept deposits from other payment processors.
