Hello, my username on fortunejack WAS Sexdrugsroknroll but my account has been suspended cause fortunejack claims that i have multiple accounts when i do not, ive asked them to send me the username of the other account that they think is mine and they wont. A few days ago I deposited .026 btc to my account and ended up winning .5 btc. When i went to withdrawal my winnings my withdrawals never went through so i contacted support to see what the problem was, they said they were holding onto my winnings and that id get them back after they were done investigating my account. Well i went to log in to my account today and it has been suspended. and they never sent me any of my winnings. I asked them to at least send me back the amount that I deposited and they refused to do so. I would  consider this theft. Beings that I really did nothing wrong. Unless I had created an account there a long time ago and forgot about it, which is why i asked them to send me the username so i could confirm whether it was an account i had created or not..but they wont even do that.. So I just wanted to let you all know that you should probably avoid this casino unless you want your money stolen from you. Thanks for reading and Good Luck. ..

I've also lost over 3btc to fortune jack recently. With the same scam as OP, saying I have multiple accounts, I dont, I even said they could send the withdrawal to the same address I used to deposit it.

Please avoid Fortune Jack like the plague, DO NOT DEPOSIT your coins at Fortune Jack, they are scammers

I've been emailing FJ back and forth for a month, same shit, then today we've cancelled your withdrawal and taken your coins.
For the sake of others losing their coins we need to alert the community, and not let these scammers steal more.

This multi-accounting BS is just a scam, FortuneJack.com know their users will log in via a shared IP, vpn, tor dynamic IP etc, hell several people in one household could have an account, fortunejack.com is just using this to justify stealing peoples bitcoins. As they said 207 accounts have been closed, due to this multi-accounting BS they invented, that's a lot of bitcoin they've taken from honest users.

DO NOT USE FortuneJack.com UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED

I will donate .5 bitcoin to bitcointalk to get FortuneJack.com removed and sticked in the scammers list. I dont want others to get burned by these guys.

FortuneJack.com as explained in the emails, I do not have multiple accounts, I did not even use your bonus system, I lost money playing on your site and you scammed me out of > 3btc.

What is the name of the FortuneJack.com owner and address so I can pursue you legally.

This case actually seems weird because lately so many scam accusations are been made against fortunejack and the reason is also same for all the accusation. It's better to stay away from fortunejack for any sort of gambling for now. And also if that user did use multiple accounts he had invested more than 3 btc so it's better you refund his money.

The thing i am getting sick for is the amount of brand new accounts accusing fortunejack to steal them. Check the other accusations, they are all made by newbies, maybe this is just a vendetta agains fortunejack.

@OP

Could you please provide proofs like Screens or links to anything that could actually show that FortuneJack have effectively taken your money ?

Never trust an IP log, as thezy can be easily spoofed/changed/faked/proxies/VPN. I do believe it is a vendetta agains fortunejack, only newbie accounts, maybe they can give us more informations about the users to see how they are related.
As i aleready said, these scam accusations without proof, made by newbies, are a nightmare for both the forum (spams) and the targeted platform (fake accusations).

In this case, FortuneJack themselves have basically admitted/explicitly stated that OP's account, SexDrugsRokNRol did exist, and they did say that they have closed/suspended that account.

So, OP's claim that his winnings were held and account closed is true, else FJ woulda debunked that.

As for the cause, 'multi-accounting', if FJ's fraud department are basing all these on IP's then, as mentioned before, that could indeed lead to false positives. However, if there were other suspicious points as well, like ref-linking/faucet farming/etc, then that's another matter entirely.

I do hope FJ would clear it up and say more. As a player myself, it's not comfortable seeing so many 'winnings seized account closed multi-account' sort of things.

Fortunejack, you know very well that people never read the terms and services.

When people use bitcoin to gamble there is only one reason. To be anonymous. And when you are anonymous that means you are able to register as many accounst as you want to wwithout having to be limited.

Now, whats the point of your rule of no multi accounting anyways? You guys aren't a sportsbook. All your games are -EV and you should be happy that people are using multiple accounts to bet as that generates more volume for you guys. Does Just-Dice or primedice prosecute people for having multiple accounts? Absolutely not.

He is serious and he is right. I never read ToS, it is boring as fuck. (Do you read Apple ToS every time you update your iphone?) Instead, i use my common sense. One should've known that using multiple accounts may bring trouble and should have asked the customer service.

I am not supporting fortunejack btw.

Greetings, dear community members.

Since the player at question continues to claim that he had only one registered account in his possession with FortuneJack we find it essential to provide you with the proof of fraudulent activity which the player has been performing :

We ask our community members to have a look at the following Wallet Address - 14Tz8AHPuV6oWRvMaUTeDsw2focEDDtaZa
which in addition to IP Address is shared between multiple accounts registered with FortuneJack.

Each of the mentioned accounts has withdrawn funds to the wallet address mentioned above.

Each of the following accounts has been receiving promotional bonuses which include -

100% First Deposit Bonus
50% Second Deposit Bonus
TomHorn 100% Bonus

As stated in company's Terms and Conditions only ONE bonus is allowed per household IP.

Activity of player SexDrugsRokNRol goes directly against FortuneJack's T&C and resulted in player's account being suspended.

FortuneJack casino is paying hundreds of bitcoins in Jackpots and big wins on weekly basis.
We are always on the side of our dear community members, however have zero tolerance towards individuals breaking established company rules and participating in fraud.
If further false accusations shall persist from the user who has broken company's T&C - FortuneJack will be persuading Bitcointalk administration to take according measures.

This message will serve as the warning for any possible future attempts at performing fraudulent activities at FortuneJack's casino as well as trying to assault FortuneJack's name and reputation with false claims within Bitcoin community.

We would like to thank our active community members for respecting established company rules and not losing faith in FortuneJack despite these false accusations.

Best regards,
FortuneJack team.

As of me, FortuneJack have the right to suspend these accounts, especially if they have the same ip AND the same bitcoin address.
If they have different IPs or different Addresses, i wouldn't agree with FJ because it could be false positive.
OP should think twice before accusing a service of scam, and launching a vendetta against them.

Funny  Cheesy

Classic "I've been scammed by [COMPANY NAME]" accusation. Member trying to scam a company and then member playing victim card when company knows what they did.
It's like you sending fake traffic to your Youtube video. Your Adsense got banned. Then you call Youtube is a "supermassive blackhole scam" while lots of youtube content creator still get paid.

If they steal money under 1 BTC, can you explain why my withdrawal processed without any problems.

Oh boi. You need page 2? nvm

Breaking rules to get more benefits it's your fault.

Sorry if my english is too bad. I came here just for fun, show off and waiting my pending withdrawal Cheesy

Exactly! They don't realize all the frauds and multiple account cheating until someone wins a big amount and requests a withdrawal.

We would like to inform you that the account of user SexDrugsRokNRol has been suspended by FortuneJack's Fraud department for multi-accounting and abuse of our bonus system.
It's not his fault. If you leave your bank open without a single security guard, chances are people are going to steal money from it.No,they don't have to be real thieves for that.Work on your damn system instead of taking money from poor players. He's smart enough to hack your bonus system, replace your developers with him.

In case of detecting connection between multiple registered player-accounts FortuneJack's Fraud department reserves the right to execute any or all of the following actions:
Only when he requested a withdrawal ? Not before that ?

yeah I am the original OP of this post, couldnt remember my password to log into my sexdrugsandrocknroll account to reply to this, i havent looked at this post since when i wrote it, after writing it i never looked at it again lol.
My bad.

Anyways, yeah I actually did create multiple accounts, DEFINITELY NOT 216 accounts like they accused me of creating...jesus im not a robot lol. I did use VPN So maybe other people were using vpn to create multiple accounts also idk. Definitely did not have nearly that many, and yeah, the only reason why I had an issue was because they took my winnings when i tried to withdraw...BUT they let me deposit using multiple accounts and let me lose hella money with multple accounts but when I won they took my winnings from me...Was just pissed because of this..And im sure I did not withdrawal to or deposit from the same wallet address to my multiple accounts.. I had thought about that ahead of time...MIGHT have accidentally deposited from the same address at some point by accident but not as many times as they have claimed..ALSO THIS was the first time i had even won enough to want to withdraw so i had never withdrawn any money from their casino so i did not profit AT ALL from having multiple accounts...YES i took advantage of bonuses but never actually cashed any out lol. Which also pissed me off about the situation though yes i had kinda asked for it by "trying to cheat the system" I was never successful with actually succeeding in cheating anyone though. when i finally tried to withdraw they took my winnings..so they actually have gained from me more than they have lost (lost ZERO btc to me cuz  like i said i never actually withdrew anything that i can remember...honestly i prob woulda just sent it right back to Fortunejack after withdrawing my winnings if they didnt catch me and woulda just lost it all right back to them so...( i got a gamling problem, i def will admit it)
LOL sorry still think the 206 accounts thing is ridiculously funny, that would be pretty impressive if i had created that many accounts, and if i did create that many accounts then that would mean i had also deposited to all of those accounts right? to take advantage of the first depo bonus or w.e? k, well then why did they not catch me sooner if all of these accounts were linked and they knew it? BECAUSE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD TRIED TO WITHDRAW ANYTHING Haha. can laugh about it now thankfully... once i tried to withdraw the went in for the BAN after probably watching all my accounts for a while and lettinig me deposit to them and lose my money and finally banned me once i tried to withdraw.

Im commin out and admitting i did have multiple accounts, would have no reason to lie about anything now haha.

OKAY now, with all of this said, fortunejack and I have forgiven each other... after being banned for a few months or somethin i contacted them and plead to them asking them to forgive me and plz let me play at their casino again and i promised i would not create multiple accounts anymore, which i have not done, cause i dont want to get caught and have them take my money again ahaha. so i guess their methods work. and ya i forgave them for taking my winnings since it was sorta my fault anyways, even though i still think them letting me deposit from multiple acounts but not witdraw was kinda...not kool. but ya..i forgive them. they forgave me, and now im a loyal player on fortunejack WITH ONE SINGLE ACCOUNT lol. and havng one account is awesome cuz now i dont gotta worry about them catching me and taking my winnings again..can actually withdraw without worrying about that cuz after that happened it def scared me into not wanting to have multiple accounts again. The benefits of having only one account far outweigh the reasons for having multiple.. cuz lets say u have multiple accounts and win like 10 bitcoin and try to withdraw and they wont let you cuz u have multiple accounts...F that, Im staying with my ONE SINGLE account so that i dont have to worry about not being able to withdraw my winnings Smiley still get a good monthly bonus plus other special bonuses so w.e. ha.

Anyways sorry for trying to turn people on you guys back when i originally posted this thread... <3 you FJ lol.
I do <3 FJ though, since they have let me start playing there again ( I definitely made sure to ask them before even trying to play there again lol and did some begging) FJ is my fav casino, it hella sucked being banned from there.. haha. anyways since they have let me start playing there again i have made a few pretty big wins Smiley and didnt have to worry about them taking em from me. though they did take a bit longer to process the first few withdrawals that i made so they could double check that i was obeying their rules, and i was ( and still am) so they processed those withdrawals, just had to wait a few days for them to check on me a bit, but they stopped doing that after realizing that i have learned my lesson. ha.

Anyways, fortunejack support is awesome, always very helpful, just figured i should clear up this false claim i made oh so long ago it seems like now... Smiley Dont want people questioning Fortuneajacks legtimacy cause they are def legit. i was just pissed that they caught me when i posted this . So ya. I have since won back more than what they took WHILE following the rules so we are all good. it def taught me a lesson tho and i havent tried to cheat their system since. WIsh i could remember my password for the accout that i used to post this thread so you guys know i am really tho OP. BUt w.e dont gotta believe me. actually  might still have access to the email i used for this account. can prob prob somehow that i am op if i really tried.  But ya, am just posting this to make things right, to right my wrongs.

Peace.
