this will radically redefine lawyers' roles

My friend lawyers (expect my own lawyer) are in denial with that concept; they believe it will not.

Fighting against the Bitlicense in NY

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Instead should be lawyer & programmer.  But I don't think so, it may work in the easiest cases, but the average cases are more complex and they may have a lot of "have not expected" details which should be handled.

"Smart Contracts" will never amount to anything. It's just a phrase people throw around to create excitement to pump up the value of worthless coins. It's all pie in the sky. When people finally come out of the "ether", 'pun intended,' they will realize it was all smoke and mirrors.
