I have sufficient info and documents to file criminal complaints at the police or start a court case if required, but I personally think that they will simply process your withdrawal, because everything else will become unlike more expensive for them.

I really don't know if the answer I seek is tucked somewhere here because I havent been able to see it. I like to ask if these sites are legit or scams

http://bitcoin-maker.biz

http://tradeinvest.us

I am looking at doing business with them but not sure if there are genuine.

-snip-

This should be in service discussion with a new thread title.

They all are Ponzi. Investing in them will likely will cost you losing your investment. To answer your question, best way is to determine is to check the deposits they claim to receive and their dates. I have picked many deposits which were not made on the day as the site claims to have received.
