You can install Catalyst v15.12

  Usually latest drivers work well. But there are some reports of people where they don't. So 15.12 is recommended.

15.12 driver not for RX400. that for 200-300.
For RX400  you must use driver 16.9.1-16.11.5 for Modded BIOS or try newest for unmoded BIOS
You can use new driver for RX400 modded BIOS with patch.
