Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Viacoin removed from the Poloniex?  It was removed awhile ago but poloniex is an aging exchange that is getting less and less volume. I wouldn't worry about that since viacoin is still on bittrex and binance amongst other exchanges. Poloniex was in power a few years ago, but now it is the same as other small exchanges. Binance remains the best option at this time considering the daily volume can reach thousands of bitcoin. only a stupid exchange can delete a coin with a huge hashrate |

2 weeks ago. Rough year, rough black swan moment, COVID but I'm on to something. Decided to help/work for an exchange. Asset listing etc etc All comes down to, extra knowledge, contact, and info. Extra liquidity due to receiving payments that I can use for development. Trying to think ahead. Viacoin market has been ranging so much, pretty much anyone could set up a market making bot and profit from the spread. Been still paying bills for servers etc etc reminds me, block explorer needs to be renewed |
