My question is in the title. Is there any way to immediately see if someone quoted my post without showing into the thread?
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Actually, you can google it, as long as google has indexed it (may take a couple hours)

on Google, search for

bitcointalk.org: (unique phrase in your post)

For example, I can see all posts that quote my collateral post by typing:

bitcointalk.org: "Collateral is something that can easily be resold to cover the loan value plus interest should the loaner default on the loan."
(note the quotes)

Once i had checked some post in google search and got the details and it is true that in google also if you search everything you get. So this is the only option to find the quoted of our post apart from that no other option to see.
