I've seen a similar case like this recently as well. Are you following someone's instructions? Maybe like a bot that claims you can win a lot or something? Because it looks like your balance got stolen on purpose.

Because the admin had explained everything, through conversations in email.

Here the only option:

1, you really lose your money because it was stolen by someone else (highly unlikely), IMHO.
2. You are trying to commit fraud
3. Too small for a casino do scaming.
