Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Cool site, perhaps this would receive more attention in the ALT coin forum.

It would be cool if there was a feature that saves the amount of coins I enter in a cookie on my computer, that way I wouldn't have to enter all the numbers each time and only would have to update the amounts that changed.

There is a cookie that saves all the settings. The only issues that I know of is www.cryptofolio.info is a different cookie to cryptofolio.info ... this will be fixed shortly...

or you have cleared your cookies since you went there last, or you have cookies disabled.
