So, here's the post I just made on their thread. I don't think such sites should be allowed to be promoted here. Its truly disgusting and unfair to end users who risk their money only to find out a site can just take away their winnings like that, claiming "fradulent abusive and betting practices". I didn't see them accusing me of such shit and refunding me when I was losing money last month. Now that I'm winning, they just steal my winnings away.

okay I think eBettle.com just stole 550mbtc from me. I started using the 3 ultraplay sites about 2 months ago, and today I suddenly found myself locked out of my eBettle account with a message asking me to contact customer support. I sent them an email and this is the reply I received:

Quote
To whom it may concern,

Following a review of your account and in accordance with the provisions of article 9.7 of eBettle.com's terms and conditions our Risk management team has found sufficient evidence of and thereby needs to close your account for fraudulent abusive and betting practices.

"9.6 Notwithstanding anything stated or implied to the contrary in this Agreement, we may at any time, without prior notice to you and without derogating from our other rights under this Agreement, terminate your use of the Online Casino/Sportsbook and block your player account if we suspect or believe that you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or that you may be engaging in or have engaged in Fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity, including without limitation any violation of any applicable terms and conditions, money laundering or collusion with another Player Account holder; or that you are otherwise acting unlawfully. Notwithstanding anything stated or implied to the contrary in this Agreement, we will not be under any obligation in any such circumstances to refund or otherwise reimburse you for any of the funds in your player account.

9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. We will have the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount(s) or amend any policy in the event that we suspect you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) palp errors; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules."

Your bets have been voided and your winnings have been canceled.

We are willing to fully refund your deposits.

You have deposited a total of mBTC 935.00. Until now, you have withdrawn mBTC 665.00.

Your eBettle account had been left temporarily active, expecting you to submit a withdrawal request for mBTC 270.00.

We would like to kindly advise you not to open other accounts with us.

Kind regards,
eBettle Customer Support

I logged in and after receiving that email and saw that my 2 latest pending withdrawals were cancelled and 550mbtc deducted from my account. I had a lucky streak the past couple of days and was looking forward to withdraw some winnings and this is what I get. I think it's clear that eBettle doesn't allow winners on their site.

https://i.imgur.com/IwIRSlp.png

I have absolutely no idea what they mean by fradulent abusive and betting practices so I replied asking them to clarify what they mean. Am awaiting their reply and will update here when they do. STAY AWAY for now!

So vitalbet steals 840mbtc from me next. That makes a total of 1.34 BTC. This time they're accusing me of multi-account fraud. I've only ever opened one account on each site.

I've replied asking for this bullshit evidence they have. Am waiting to see what they're going to cook up, or probably not respond at all.

That, and I have 385mbtc in my balance. So 840mbtc stolen from vitalbet.

I know eBettle doesn't have any ANN thread around here but the ultraplay guys have one here. I'm also registered on 3 sportsbook that uses ultraplay's software (being ebettle as one of them)  but they haven't closed any of my account, it's kinda shady of them to not state the specific thing you did wrong and only mentioned the rules since you're the victim here. Anyways thanks to this warning i'll make sure to warn others who uses eBettle.

I'm betting they won't even reply to my emails anymore. I suggest anyone who still have money on eBettle or vitalbet to withdraw and stay away until this gets resolved. Who knows how many more such cases there are. There is absolutely nothing the end user can do if emails are not being responded to.

Betcoin limited my bets to single digit amounts and allowed me to withdraw all my winnings. While that's the same as saying they don't accept winning players, it sure as hell is a lot more respectable than outright stealing money and accusing the user of fraud/abuse.

How do I get the admins/mods from this forum to actually close their thread and label them scammers? I think it's starting to get obvious. This is the "evidence" they gave me...

The latest reply I got from eBettle is as follows:

Quote
It has been confirmed that your account and at least one more have been using the same betting patterns.
The accounts have been closed for multi-account fraud.

We are willing to fully refund your deposits.
You have deposited a total of mBTC 935.00. Until now, you have
withdrawn mBTC 665.00.
Your eBettle account has been left temporarily active, expecting you to
submit a withdrawal request for mBTC 270.00.

Kind regards,
eBettle Customer Support

My reply:

Quote
Hi, please explain what you mean by "same betting patterns". I think
it's only fair that you provide me with the proof of this
multi-account fraud that you're accusing me of. Because right now it
seems like you're the fraud, running a scam site by not paying out
winners.

I have friends and we talk about games so we might have bet on
similar games sometimes. I don't think it's fair that you count that
as multi-account fraud. We definitely do not make every same bet. I
only have one account and the only other accounts I have are on other
sites like vitalbet and betcoin where I do make the same bets.

Since I only have one account at eBettle and vitalbet, I assume they are making all these shit up, or are closing accounts and stealing money from other winners and accusing them of the same crap. STAY AWAY from vitalbet.com and ebettle.com. I don't even understand why I would need to have more than 1 account when I already have 3 accounts (one on each site - vitalbet, ebettle, betcoin).

Hi!
The very same thing happened to me with their other site - Betnow1 They stealed 1247 euro, quoting the same 9.7 rule.

Quote
Hi Denis,

We apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

We are writing to inform you that it has been brought to our attention that you have violated one of our Terms and Conditions. The said violation can be found in Section 9.7 which states that:

*9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules.

Violation of the specified rule resulted in the withdrawal of your total deposit amounting to €809. Please be advised that the winnings that you have on the account has been reverted back to us. For you to be able to withdraw your funds back to your Ecopayz account, kindly provide us a copy of another valid ID (Driving License or National ID), and a screenshot copy of your proof of Ecopayz deposit.

Please note that once the withdrawal has been processed, your account will then be closed and you can no longer re-open it.

Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Sunshine

So, I am frustrated and do not know what to do now. Maybe it`s possible to sue them?

well if you have the resources to sue, please do haha. I can provide you with the proof you need from my side. I'm sure there are others out there too. I highly doubt we'll get our money back and there's nothing we can do really. Let's just try to spread the word so others don't get scammed.

Another response from eBettle, again, more bullshit without proof or evidence. Still nothing from Vitalbet.

Quote
Your account is associated with at least one other account abusing our services.

Your written confirmation that you have friends betting at eBettle after you discuss particular games is yet another reason for us to consider this a multi-account fraud case.

As per our http://ebettle.com/terms-and-conditions,
9.5 We prohibit player collusion and take active measures in prohibiting any use of robots or other automated software for the placement of bets with intent to exploit palp errors or wrong lines. We reserve the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud us.

Kind regards,
eBettle Customer Support

and my response:

Quote
And which other account is that? Could you name the account?

You are taking what I said out of context and twisting it. How does
discussing games equate to player collusion or attempt to defraud you?
Which leisure bettor doesn't talk to friends about their bets?

Please, enlighten me. Which were the bets I took that equate to player
collusion? In most of the cases my friends take their bets at other
books and they get even better odds than I did.

This is getting ridiculous. You have not provided a single shred of
evidence of my alleged multi-account fraud apart from stating that my
account is found to be associated to another account. Either show me
some concrete proof or stop making things up. This is you practically
free-rolling me and to put it bluntly, all out fraud.

So now you can't talk about games if you're going to bet on sports, WTF? This is beyond ridiculous. If this isn't enough to prove that ebettle is a scam site then I don't know what is.

Obviously they are sure you were arbing (I think in my case they think this either). But arbing is not a crime and they can not put it in the rules, cause arbing is caused by their own odds, so they are making up these bullshit...

Well I don't arb. I don't even think it's possible with the odds they provide. I just talk to my friends about games, like any bettor would. It's nice betting on the same team rather than against your own friends (although that happens too).

Who knows how many more such cases there are.

Here is mine: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3368021-scam-vitalbet-holding-back-winnings-4-months.html

And here are few other ones:
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3360637-vitalbet-com-closed-my-account-after-payout-request.html
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3275918-vitalbet-cancelled-winning-bets.html
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3136605-vitalbet-steals-winings.html

Vitalbet/Beteast/Betballer/ebettle = SCAM.

Sad enough they are sponsoring EPL club Swansea City with a record-breaking sponsorship (http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/swansea-city-reveal-new-sponsor-11421110) and Manny Pacquiao.

vitalbet finally replied. Made up bullshit just like ebettle.

Quote
Please excuse us for the late reply.

Your account has been associated with another VitalBet account sharing multiple similar bets, placed on the same markets and same selections as well.

Considering the fact that both accounts have been registered by our system as sharing similar account settings and the betting pattern similarity, our Risk management team proceeded with the account closure accordingly to our Terms and Conditions. As per our rules, such accounts collisions and multi-account activity are not acceptable.

Sincerely Yours,

VitalBet.com Customer Support

My response:

Quote
Hi, I find that totally unacceptable and unreasonable. This is clearly
my only account and I definitely do not collude with anyone on
multiple bets. Please name the account you are accusing me of
having/colluding with and state all the bets that are shared,
including date and time placed.

You are obviously making all this up just because I had a good run the
past few days and started winning. I find it hard to believe your risk
management team only "detected" this when I'm winning and not when I
was losing previously.

Yes, it is possible to sue them in Curacao.

Their terms of service are basically valid, because they state the operator and have a license. But paragraphs which are not in accordance with the Curacao civil code are not valid. And Curacao civil code says that they have to deliver proof of their claim, so the confiscation without proof is not valid!

Thanks. I filed a complaint to their licence regulator and waiting for the response. Then I am considering a possibility to report fraud activities to the UK Royal Police as far as these bookmakers recieve payments through enterprices registered in England and BVI.

You seem to be firm with all that "legal bookie stuff". Do you actually know one single case where a player sued a casino/sportsbook in Curacao?

There are some cases in Europe already but I never heard from a process in Curacao. Many talk about it but obviously no one finally has the balls and/or the money (BTW I am suing against a sportsbook in Belgium right now).
