No, not a  joke. Google searches for people who are loyal and trustworthy for thier company. Mostly the important quality they will look for is to have thier employee as a good programmer or developer  .

the problem i have is with this so called"PY core DEv " guy is that from last week he started with this profile and immediately started to try to find a way to cash in with bitcoin or any other crypto... then he just got on a rampage of trying to find a very fast and easy way to scam people out of their cash! i caught him and now he changed tactics and is trying to entice people into letting him help them get a job at GOOGLE of all places...
