I have seen a dozen of job offer like this on upwork, freelancer.com etc.. How about to escrow the payment? What if your blog got rejected? Will you still pay us?

Hello i want some one who can create a website or a blog for me by which i can get adsense approval.My main objective is to get only adsense approval for now.So i will pay only if my account get adsense approved by that site or blog.I can pay 50$ for that if my account gets approved.

Edit - I have increase the rate to 50$ for this task after reading the posts.
