That is a good question and I think that it's because the price is so volatile that they can't put a definite percentage and that's why they change it every week , because they need to adjust to keep it fair for everyone and not put some users in front of others as that would happen if the percentage was too high.

Android Application for Minexcoin Faucet has been updated, I have removed all the ads and the support button with the version 1.6 however the biggest fix is that you should be able to see and interact with the ReCaptcha now, I didn't want to add ReCaptcha but unfortunately, it is a must.
