I am not sure that after return parking rate e.g. monthly 5.85 can affecting price increases. Then it will be much more mnx on market.

Given the part 4  of CEO interview this month we are are expecting the listing on two exchanges. As he said, one of them is in the top 10 the other one is  in top 30. Both should affect the price increase, IMHO.

Also he said even top 30 exchange is bigger than Livecoin. I think after that listings we will forget words like Low volume of the trading

Maybe they are talking about Yobit and HitBtc? That two exchange are easy to get listed but MNX can easily listed on Binance or Bittrex since they have already a working product and the project was already established. I think the listing fee will be the only problem for them. But since they have huge amount MNX. They can sell some of it for listing fee or they already did it that's why the price dump.
