Very new to bitcoin, and I saw most people are talking about Segregated Witness (SW) vs Bitcoin Unlimited (BU).

Actually what do they mean? and what are the differences?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Diffirences are that vast like moon and earth.
As beginner u won't understand most diffirences, but many many smart people are at it Smiley so don't worry.

In very short, SW is improvement for bitcoin in many ways and BU is just increasing 10 minutes blocks size to a size that is unsustainable in next years.

If SW is so much good improvement for bitcoin and BU is just increasing 10 minutes block size which will be unsustainable in next years then why I have seen BU has so many supporters ?

I am out of this discussion as Electrum wallet developer will have a wallet to support both chains if this fork ever happens but just want to know for simple curiosity. I am not tech savvy.

I think we are on the same level as far as the current raging debate of the Bitcoin community. I am not a technically-inclined person too though I am really trying to understand many of the concepts and the technology behind Bitcoin in particular and cryptocurrency in general. Right now, no side is winning on this continuing discussion whether to go SegWit or to go BU but I hope that whatever it might be the solution can be working for the interest of the greater good and not just a sector of the increasing Bitcoin stakeholders.
