There is no cap on the bounty reached, since the bounties work with shares.
So a total of 300.000 MNC will be divided to all the shares that are given out, this means the more shares are given, the less MNC one share will give you.

This does look as if it will only give out fractions per share. Maybe an amount of 0.03Mnc per share is what I gathered from a source early on of the project.
But this probably has changed by now it only having less than 48-72 hours to go until they are distributed equally to all participants and bounty holders.

I agree, the devs do updates from time to time. many people are now joining, seeing how good this coin is.
There's no doubt that the ICO will be a huge success!
Great job for the Minexcoin Team.
